All spices are good on popcorn or to create a dipping sauce for vegetables and fruits spreads, marinades, dressings, vinaigrettes
season your daily meal plan, raw or cooked veggies, hard boiled eggs, cooking water for pasta, or give a little extra LOVE to your favorite recipe
1/4 cup of spice to season 1 pound of ground protein. beef, chicken, turkey, pork, better than beef vegan crumble, beans and so on. this can also be a dredgeing spice. Dredge protein in spice, pan sear, remove add water and create a sauce for your side dish. this works well with Bowla Chili too
as a dry rub for all proteins, including chicken wings, pasta dishes, dressings, marinades, extra LOVE in all dishes
this blend is amazing on all poultry. but don't forget to use it as some love to a veggie stir fry. Tumeric is a prime ingredient so your dish will be bright, healthy and tasty.
Bowla chili 1 pound of ground protein, 1/4 cup spice creates this most EPIC bowl of chili but dont forget to season all of your proteins with a dredge or a sprinkle. this is a picture of extra turkey from our Thanksgiving turkey from Daigle Farm.
This heartfelt blend is just the right addition to black coffee. but absolutly DELICIOUS as a Peppermint Candy Hot Cocoal MIX . Try it as a chilled hot cocoa, try on buttered toast or as an addition to a bread pudding or even a store bought vanilla pudding . sky is the limit with this blend.

exceptional dry rub for meats, especially beef and pork. use to roast veggies and even on a tofu plank before searing or grilling. Dredge large pieces/roasts of beef, pork, lamb with rub, place on a bed of onion, carrot, celery, add water or broth, set and forget. Pictured: Lamb shanks dredged and cooked in crock pot. AMAZING. this sweet and savory rub is second to none. Chipolte chili powder and brown sugar, give this blend its smoky, sweet, spicy goodness. pork roast, chops, loin, diced to sear and stew. A pantry keeper!

indian influenced, my very own blend, as I like it. Use on ground meats, beef, pork, chicken, bean dishes, lamb loin or chops. Add to rice or other grain dishes. Indian influenced Lamb Bolognese
yet another Indian influenced blend that was brought to Britain in the mid 1700's. This perfectly blended spice was used to create the UK's national dish. Curried Stuffies (curry seasoned stock to slighty steam clams open, then a mixture of panko bread crumbs, tender clams, onions, celery and broth to soften, not to mention LOVE
greek influenced with oregano and lemon, use this spice in marinades and dressings for seafood, rice dishes, with Bulgar wheat, as a dry rub to roast proteins. Ground beef sauteed with baby spinach and calamata olives finshed with feta cheese and olive oil served over tender pasta.

this spice is named appropriatly, however you can season your crust by drizzling with olive oil then sprinkling with Connect with Pizza. Then add veggies, a protein and cheese. OR use a sauce of preference (red, pesto or white) and season the sauce. OR sprinkle on veggies and roast OR use as the very best CHICKEN spice!
